I’m Haydn, a music-loving introvert fluent in sarcasm, I make the best pizza you will ever eat, and there’s a good chance I’ll shed a tear or two at your wedding. I believe in putting my heart + soul into creating beautifully honest stories of love and human connection. I am most at home in the wilderness, feeding my creativity and adventuring with my daughter. I’m also rather fond of native gardening, design, and surfing.
I put my heart into everything I do to the best of my ability. I live regionally in Teesdale, North/Western Victoria, with my beautiful wife, Anne, daughter Issey, and our dog, Bo. I love being outdoors and being in the community with our closest friends. We both met through our passion for art & design; when not creating art, you can find us touring, camping, hiking and exploring.
I am passionate about the honest journey of life. With its ups and downs, grand gestures and the tiny moments in between, I truly believe there is beauty in it all. I am so fulfilled having turned this deep desire and passion into Moment Seeker Films, where I get to create artistic films that take you on your own journey.

From a young age, I’ve found beauty in the simplest things, an ability to look at the world differently. As a passionate skateboarder, when most people look at the street, they would think about driving on it, I’d think about the texture and the transitions and how it would feel to ride. As a young child, this redefined how I observed the world, people, places, nature and environments. It perfectly sums up how I see the world around me – there's beauty in the nuances of the ordinary, the every day and the in-between. Beauty and awe in unexpected places and moments.
As I grew up, I loved documenting nostalgic moments to capture and hold on to, searching out new songs that connected with these moments. For me, that feeling you get looking back at images or hearing sounds is pretty special, and this is the drive for everything Moment Seeker Films is.
I am honoured to have turned this desire and passion into Moment Seeker Films, where I create films that take you on an emotional journey and make you feel.
When you work with me, I strive to create a comfortable atmosphere for you to exist in rather than posing you. I’m there to enhance your day, not alter it.

He guided us and our bridal party (who aren’t used to being in front of the camera) throughout the entire day and made everything feel natural and effortless. I believe people are the story, and human connection is one of the most significant things on this planet. My work captures your unique story in an honest, emotive and raw way. I focus on character, emotion, and little moments you might not have realised happened until you look back on them. I work intentionally and discretely without sacrificing quality.
The best films I’ve created were for clients who trusted my process and creative ability right from the start. Because I only take on a limited number of weddings a year, ensuring we are a good fit is super important to me. I want us to be equally excited to work with one another. At the end of the day, you deserve to hire a videographer that you feel excited about.
Haydn from Moment Seeker was an absolute trooper on the day of our wedding! Honestly we suspect he’s a ninja of some sort, because he moved so silently and quickly all over the place and blended in so well (often without us realising he was there haha) — this allowed us to be ourselves and enjoy our wedding day without feeling overly self-conscious, which was great!
He captured really beautiful moments on the day, and we are so glad we’ll be able to relive the wonderful memories from our wedding in the years to come! Haydn worked really well with our photographer and the other vendors at our venue, and we actually had guests who commented on his amazing work ethic because they saw him working tirelessly throughout the whole day (and especially the night!) to capture moments for us :) Overall, he was super professional, patient, very accomodating and talented!
